I enjoy developing and prioritizing the therapeutic relationship in my practice and focus on achieving positive and lasting change. I highlight current positive strengths and skills that you have already in order to best support your goals and help regulate challenging emotions in your life.

I often work with clients through life transitions such as new dads, men in relationships, teens changing schools or anyone looking to make lasting change in their lives.

 

I work with preteens, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.

I operate with a focus on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) which considers creating awareness between you and your challenges, accepting thoughts and emotions with non-judgement, and committing to a life aligned with your values. I value personal growth, positive self-reflection, and connection with others. ACT supports lasting change in your life.

My sessions involve building a strong relationship built on empathy and trust. This is where you can grow and heal in the best way for yourself. Together we can build skills to create lasting change
