I operate with a focus on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) which considers creating awareness between you and your challenges, accepting thoughts and emotions with non-judgement, and committing to a life aligned with your values. I value personal growth, positive self-reflection, and connection with others. ACT supports lasting change in your life.
