Registered Provisional Psychologist (#P8363); supervised by Brittany Davies.

I’m really glad you’re here. I know starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to do this alone. Feeling anxious, burnt out, disconnected, or weighed down by old patterns can be overwhelming, and I’m here to support you in a way that feels safe, respectful, and at your pace. Therapy is your space and together, we’ll work toward feeling more grounded, more connected, and more like yourself again. I use various evidence-based approaches in our work together because I believe therapy should be personal, flexible, and tailored to your unique goals. If you are struggling with any challenges that impact you on a regular basis, we will work together towards your goals and help you live your life on your terms.

My preferred approaches to therapy include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Each approach has its strengths, including exploring negative self-beliefs, identifying and aligning actions with values, examining how thoughts, behaviours, and feelings impact one another, and understanding how attachment influences most relationships. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, navigating relationship struggles, or dealing with the impacts of trauma, together, we can explore what matters most to you in a way that feels safe and manageable.

My aim throughout our work together is for you to feel more comfortable exploring uncomfortable thoughts, feelings and beliefs. Together, we will work towards your goals and help you to feel more connected, grounded and empowered in your everyday life. If this sounds like something you would be interested in, let’s connect!

Outside of the office, you can find me spending quality time with my friends and family, playing pickleball, travelling, reading or gardening. I live in Red Deer with my partner and three cats; one is a polydactyl (extra-toed) and one has only three legs (a tripawd). I have always been passionate about the value of therapy and ensuring everyone has a safe space to explore all the challenges that life throws at us.
