I value a collaborative, non-judgmental and genuinely supportive approach to help you better understand yourself, make sense of your inner world, and feel more in control. Together, we can gently explore what’s beneath the surface, uncover patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and work toward creating more balance, connection, and meaning in your life.

I blend elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and a psychodynamic perspective to support meaningful, grounded change. In our work, we pay attention to what’s happening in the moment, while also gently exploring the deeper patterns and past experiences that might be influencing your life now. This blend helps you build flexibility, insight, and a clearer sense of what truly matters, so you can move forward in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.

I work with adults, children (6+), and couples experiencing anxiety, low mood, ADHD, mood dysregulation, stress or relationship difficulties. Whether through play and creative techniques with younger clients, or reflective conversations and practical strategies with adults, I aim to empower you to understand yourself more deeply, develop healthier coping skills, and build stronger connections.

If you’re feeling ‘stuck’ or just need a safe, non-judgmental space—with some coffee and snacks—to explore what’s beneath the surface, let’s explore that together.

I immigrated from South Africa eight years ago, and although I’m still not fully convinced about these Canadian winters, I’ve come to love exploring this beautiful country—and even embracing the winter sports but summer will always have my heart! We spend the warmer months in the mountains, hiking and discovering new waterfalls and lakes whenever we can.
