Morgan Watson

(She/her)

Intern Therapist (Master’s level student counsellor) - Under the supervision of Candice Mann (ACSW #10594).

I value creating a safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered in your journey. I believe that each person is the expert in their own life, and my role is to walk alongside you—helping you uncover insights, explore possibilities, and navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply seeking deeper self-understanding, our work together will be guided by curiosity, compassion, and respect for your lived experience.

My approach is grounded in person-centred therapy, and I also integrate principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and narrative therapy. These approaches allow us to explore not only the stories you hold about yourself and your relationships, but also how you can begin to shift patterns, reconnect with your values, and live with greater intention and authenticity. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where all backgrounds and life paths are respected.

If you’re ready to begin this journey—or even just exploring what therapy might offer—I invite you to reach out. You don’t have to have it all figured out to take the first step.

I am married and have a big, busy family. I deeply value time with my family—whether we’re out exploring or enjoying quiet (or not so quiet) moments together. I believe in the importance of finding meaningful moments that bring balance and connection to our lives. Outside of work I enjoy sending my husband and siblings funny memes and videos, reading, and spending time outdoors – as long as it isn’t too cold or rainy. I also love the endless entertainment provided by my cat, Kronk.
