(She/Her)

Clinical Counsellor (Qualifying) - Under the supervision of Brittany Davies.

I aim to create a therapy space that feels safe, relaxed, and genuinely non-judgmental. I understand that starting therapy (or even continuing it with a new therapist) can feel vulnerable, so my goal is to help you feel comfortable enough to share openly, at your own pace. You’ll often find me curled up with a blanket in session, and I always welcome humour!

I take an integrative approach to counselling, drawing primarily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) while incorporating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), somatic (body-based) approaches, and mindfulness-based practices. This allows me to tailor our work together to best fit your unique needs, preferences, and goals.

In our sessions, I strive to find a balance between meeting you where you’re at and gently encouraging growth. It is important to me that the goals worked towards in therapy are actionable and collaboratively set. Throughout our sessions, these goals and our progress will regularly be revisited to ensure that we are on the right track to reach your desired results as much as possible, while remaining flexible and compassionate towards the speed and presentation of the progress (it looks different for everyone!). Together, we might explore patterns, build skills, explore past experiences, or reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been overlooked or unheard. I place a strong emphasis on self-compassion, curiosity, and helping you move toward a life that feels meaningful and aligned with your values.

I feel genuinely honoured to do this work and to be trusted with people’s innermost thoughts and experiences. My hope is that therapy becomes a space where you not only feel supported through challenges, but also eventually empowered in your ability to navigate them individually and collaboratively.

In my day-to-day life, I love a good book (usually fantasy) and daydreaming about future travel plans. I also love shopping! I prioritize sleep as self-care, so you usually won’t catch me awake after 10pm. I’m a proud dog mom to a basset hound, who I absolutely adore. Most of all, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, friends and partner.
